How it works
Simple in principle.
A Delta lists an underused item.
A nearby Bravo discovers it, borrows it, uses it, and returns it.
That’s the core.
Early handoffs are expected to be simple:
direct self-pickup / self-handoff
or transport arranged by the Bravo
The idea is not to own inventory.
The idea is to unlock what already exists around us.
